Whether you’re updating your headshot, building your personal brand, celebrating a milestone, or simply wanting stunning portraits, this session is tailored to showcase the best version of you. ⸻ What to Expect • Pre-Session Consultation: We’ll start with a brief consultation (phone, email, or in-person) to discuss your goals, style preferences, location ideas, wardrobe tips, and any inspiration you have in mind. This ensures your session is aligned with your vision. • Location & Setup: Sessions can take place in a natural outdoor setting, at your home, or in a professional studio. We’ll work with lighting, background, and posing to create a relaxed and flattering environment. • Guided Posing & Natural Expressions: No modeling experience? No problem. You’ll receive gentle guidance on poses and positioning to help you feel confident and look your best, while also capturing natural, candid moments in between. • Session Length: Most portrait sessions last 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the location and details we discuss during our consultation. • Image Delivery: After the session, you’ll receive a private online gallery with hand-edited, high-resolution images. Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Ramos Studios! To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please review and understand the following policies before booking your session. ⸻ Booking Policy • All sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. • A non-refundable retainer may be required at the time of booking to secure your session date and time. • Your session is not considered confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation via email or text. ⸻ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us more than 24 hours before your scheduled session. • Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total package price. • This fee helps cover lost time and income that could have been booked with other clients. ⸻ Late Arrivals & No-Shows • Please arrive on time for your session. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session or cancellation. • If you do not show up for your session without prior notice, it will be treated as a no-show, and the 50% cancellation fee will apply. ⸻ If you have any questions about this policy, feel free to reach out before booking.
