A branding session is designed to give you a cohesive set of images that reflect who you are, what you do, and how you want to be seen. We’ll plan the look and feel of the shoot in advance, then guide you through a relaxed, directed session so you don’t have to guess what to do. The result is a collection of clean, modern images you can use consistently across your brand. What’s Included Pre-session planning and direction This session will take up to 90 min. Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Ramos Studios! To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please review and understand the following policies before booking your session. ⸻ Booking Policy • All sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. • A non-refundable retainer may be required at the time of booking to secure your session date and time. • Your session is not considered confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation via email or text. ⸻ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us more than 24 hours before your scheduled session. • Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total package price. • This fee helps cover lost time and income that could have been booked with other clients. ⸻ Late Arrivals & No-Shows • Please arrive on time for your session. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session or cancellation. • If you do not show up for your session without prior notice, it will be treated as a no-show, and the 50% cancellation fee will apply. ⸻ If you have any questions about this policy, feel free to reach out before booking.
