Ideal for individuals needing to update their headshots.\ This session includes: - 30 min. on location within PDX metro - 1 look - 3-5 finished images - Ready in 48-72hrs Note: For organizations with multiple individuals needing headshots or group photos, be sure to select the "office groups" add-on for a seamless experience. Each basic session takes approximately 10-20 minutes, ensuring an efficient and polished result that enhances your professional image.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Ramos Studios! To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please review and understand the following policies before booking your session. ⸻ Booking Policy • All sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. • A non-refundable retainer may be required at the time of booking to secure your session date and time. • Your session is not considered confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation via email or text. ⸻ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us more than 24 hours before your scheduled session. • Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total package price. • This fee helps cover lost time and income that could have been booked with other clients. ⸻ Late Arrivals & No-Shows • Please arrive on time for your session. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session or cancellation. • If you do not show up for your session without prior notice, it will be treated as a no-show, and the 50% cancellation fee will apply. ⸻ If you have any questions about this policy, feel free to reach out before booking.
